I am a former Executive Chef of country clubs, resorts and fine-dining restaurants that loves to write about food, wine and anything related to culinary arts. I also have a BA in Creative Writing from a major university and have the ability to write in many diverse styles and tones. I am currently focused on a career in freelance and fiction writing, and I am devoting my time to building a portfolio and learning the many different aspects of content writing and freelance journalism. I have numerous hobbies including coaching youth sports and anything involving the outdoors.
I am also a stay-at-home dad that has two children who are homeschooled, and I am always willing to share my experiences as with others who have similar situations as my own. I try to inject as much of my personal experiences as possible into my writing style, but I am also driven to expand my horizons and am always willing to research new topics.
